Returns & Exchanges:

In most cases all sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a fault with the watch that was not noted within the product description. We only process sales through the website, not offline through third party platforms like Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Email your return / exchange request to info@pigeonandclark.com (or fill out the form on this page) within 15 days of purchase and our returns department will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Order Cancelations:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by adjusting your order as needed within 24 hours of the purchase.

Understand that canceling your order relinquishes your position in the production & fulfillment queue.
